AESTHETICS E-POSTER AWARDS 2025

You win! Your Department gains!!

Aesthetics 2025 invites participation from Resident Doctors, in this innovative competitive section during the proceedings of Aesthetics 2025.

Earn a chance to contribute to the growth of your department!

The winning presenters will be awarded with a certificate of commendation, while their department will get a financial grant to upgrade facilities through books, instruments or other educational resources.

Submit Abstract(s) for consideration for E-Poster presentation during the proceedings of the Conference.

IMPORTANT DATES
  • Call for Abstracts Open Monday, 17th March
  • Last date for Abstract submission Monday, 2nd June
  • Notification to authors regarding acceptance of Abstracts Monday, 23rd June
  • Last date for registration for abstract presenters or abstract will be withdrawn Monday, 21st July
    • Read Abstract Guidelines
    Submitted Abstracts will undergo a peer review by the scientific committee.
    1. All selected abstracts will be invited as E-posters as a competitive presentation.
    2. An independent Jury will assess the participating posters.
    3. Presenter should be a registered delegate for the Conference, and needs to be physically present at the allotted time, for jury questions.
    Aesthetics E-Poster Awards will be awarded based on jury assessment (Decision by the jury will be final and binding)

    The Award Categories will include*

    Original research Category- Two such awards as follows
    • Best Study Award: INR 1,00,000
    • Runners-up Award: INR 50,000

    • Best Report Award: INR 30,000
    • Runners-up Award: INR 20,000

    The awards shall comprise of
    • Certificate of commendation for the Presenter.
    • Monetary award to be utilized for strengthening the parent Department.

    The grant will be reimbursed only through the respective Heads of Departments, upon receipt of invoice(s) against Books/ Instruments/ Other valid resources purchased for the department.

    1. Word limit: 300 words

    Note: Submit at contact@aestheticsdelhi.com. Please mention “AESTHETICS 2025 E-POSTER SUBMISSION” in the subject of the mail so that it doesn’t get missed.

    Abstract Template: Attached for both the categories. Please ensure that abstracts are submitted as per one of the two templates ONLY.

    Typed, hand written, incomplete, faxed or late entries will be summarily rejected. No further communication will be made. There will be NO exceptions.

    ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
    • All ABSTRACTS shall be submitted online.
    • Only registered resident doctors are allowed to present under various categories.
    • The applicant should be an Indian citizen.
    • Names and e-mail addresses of all co-authors MUST be provided. Make sure all e-mail addresses are correctly entered.
    • The presenting author will get an e-mail confirmation of submission; make sure to provide a working email address.
    • All fields of the abstract submission template must be completed.
    • Submission of an abstract acknowledges consent to publication of the abstract in the Aesthetics 2025 Proceedings.
    • All ABSTRACTS should be submitted in English.
    • An ABSTRACT should not exceed 300 words. The word count includes the body of the abstract. It does not include author information.
    • Abstracts should be text only; images and visual aids are only allowed in the presentation should your abstract be accepted.
    • Abstracts/papers previously published or presented at any national or international meetings are not permitted
    • Applicants are required to disclose any financial relationships with commercial organizations.
    • Absolutely no changes may be made to the abstract submission after the submission deadline. For instance, no change in authors, title, category, content or spelling will be allowed. Co-authors cannot be added to the submission after the submission deadline has passed.
    • No references are needed in the abstract
